Are there any API endpoints or webhook events for the Sales Pipeline?

Looking to be able to add contacts to a Pipeline as an Opportunity and move them through the Pipeline Stages via the API. Also, it would be amazing to get Stage change events from Clickfunnels via Webhooks. Is that coming? Use case is a 2-way sync on Pipeline Stages with GroupTrack CRM!
