Cancel subscriptions that never activated

POST /api/v2/orders/:id/cancel now lets you stop a Payments AI subscription whose initial payment was abandoned before activation. These requests previously returned 422; they now void the subscription immediately and return terminal service_status: "voided", without canceled_at.
You can close out an abandoned signup from your support or automation flow and stop its scheduled charges without a manual processor workaround.
