Canceling a subscription order stops payment retries

POST /api/v2/orders/:id/cancel now voids the order's open invoices when you leave out voidable_invoices, the way the in-app cancel form does. A cancel without it used to leave an unpaid or past-due renewal open, and the payment processor kept retrying the customer's card after they had asked to leave. Leave out effective_date on an order whose current period was never paid for, and the cancel now takes effect immediately instead of keeping the subscription alive for a period nobody paid for. Values you send explicitly behave as before, and voidable_invoices: [] keeps the invoices open.

A cancellation now means what the customer was told: no charge attempts after they leave, no decline emails for a subscription they ended, and no disputes over a retry nobody expected.

Agent examples: cancel a customer whose trial renewal failed, with nothing left to collect · close out a past-due subscription from a support conversation without retries following it
