Sync contact topic preferences and read subscription history

You can now read and manage a contact's topic opt-outs through the API and MCP. Use POST /api/v2/contacts/{contact_id}/unsubscribed_topics to honor a topic opt-out from another platform, or remove the opt-out after obtaining renewed consent. A preference-center sync can now carry changes in both directions, without a support request to undo a mistaken opt-out.

The read-only subscription_changes endpoints show who changed each preference and when, including the topics added or removed. API changes appear in the contact's Activity and affect broadcast audiences through the same preferences you see in the app.
