Email address names accept apostrophes

POST /api/v2/workspaces/:workspace_id/emails/addresses and PATCH /api/v2/emails/addresses/:id now accept an apostrophe in name, so a from-name like King Solomon's Blueprint is saved as written instead of coming back as a 422. The other restricted characters (&, =, _, -, +, ,, <, > and repeated periods) are still rejected.
Recipients see the brand name the way your customer spells it, and an address can be renamed in place without archiving it and re-pointing every workflow that sends from it.
