Import hosted videos and attach them to course lessons

You can now import hosted videos through POST /api/v2/workspaces/:workspace_id/videos
and read their processing status through GET /api/v2/videos/:id. Move your course
library into ClickFunnels without uploading each lesson by hand. The media MCP
category offers the same video operations.
Course lessons now accept video_id and image_id as numeric or public IDs on
create and update, and return the attached image and video objects. Attach a ready video to its lesson and
keep using that lesson reference when you re-import the video later.
