Page markup inputs label themselves, keep padding, and name custom fields

An <input> in page or blog-post markup now takes its label from its type when you leave label off, so a name field reads "Full Name" and a phone field reads "Phone" instead of "Email". A name or phone field is no longer required unless you set required="true". A type the contact record does not have, including text, is saved as its own contact attribute. Set name to choose that attribute's key. Nothing you type in that field is written into the contact's email.

padding accepts the same shorthand as a section, so 22px 24px is 22 on the top and bottom and 24 on the sides. A placeholder sent together with a label stays the hint inside the field.
