Read full survey responses and receive a webhook when a survey is completed

You can now list surveys with their current questions, retrieve complete saved responses, and receive a survey_workflow_run.completed webhook when a respondent finishes a survey. Every response includes all stored answers newest first, including anonymous respondents, so your integration gets the whole survey in one payload instead of assembling it answer by answer.

Each answer names its Form field, so you can map questions to your own fields and correct saved answers through the existing Form resources. A new step-by-step guide connects survey questions to editable fields, choices, and answers.
