Text inputs in page markup save to their own contact field
An <input type="text"> written into a page's markup used to publish under the email field's name. On the live page, every answer typed into one was copied into the email field as the visitor moved on, so the custom answers never reached the contact and could overwrite the email address. Each text input now publishes as its own custom contact field, keyed by its label, and the contact types (first_name, phone_number, email and the rest) keep their own names. The markup you read back is unchanged.
A lead form built in one call now collects what it asks: project details, budget or a preferred start date land on the contact as custom attributes, ready for workflows and follow-up.
