Linking 3rd-party email marketing platform
I use Berserkermail for email marketing, which says it supports ClickFunnels 2.0.
I used the Berserkermail API key to create a developer app in ClickFunnels for the integration, and Berserkermail is now able to detect my products in ClickFunnels and create tags for them, so I know the apps are integrated.
However, I don't understand how to specify Berserkermail as the destination for buyer contact info collected from my funnel. I'm not using an opt-in, so the contact info will come from the checkout form.
Can someone help me figure out how to do this? ClickFunnels tech support apparently can't help me with this and told me to post something in this forum.
Hey Paul,
I'm sorry, but I don't think the API team can give you direct tech support with that, we don't integrate directly with Berserkermail and I'm not seeing any info about this integration in Google.
So I'm not sure how their integration works, but if they don't sync what you need from ClickFunnels to them, then you could probably go for Zapier or webhook events emitted from ClickFunnels to their platform (if they support that).
In the end, I think your best is to get together with their support to make this work.
Ok, forget Berserkermail for a second ... How do you specify on an order form in Clickfunnels 2.0 where the contact info gets sent? In other words, I have an order form. The order form asks the customer for their email address and phone number. Where does that email address and phone number go? How do I specify where ELSE it could go?
Hey Paul,
These are great questions for the regular app support.
But In a nutshell, newly subscribed customers will be saved as contacts which you can see in your ClickFunnels dashboard under Customers > Contacts (after submitting any form, order form or opt-in forms).
You will also find more order-specific information in the same submenu under Customers > Orders > Order Row.
