Search Contact module in Make is retreiving a wrong contact

I am using Make to Search a Contact... I am searching by email laminavelez@gmail.com and this is retrieving a different contact with email aleja@okolo.com.co

Hey Neo,

Sorry to see you running into issues with your Make integration and thanks for the video! While I am not too familiar with Make, it looks like what's happening is that a request is made but the filter parameters are ignored so you get the regular list of contacts; it's limited to 1 and sorted in descending order so you always get the last contact.

If this is pre-built functionality from Make then most probably they haven't implemented the filtering correctly. The right way to do that is described in our Filtering Guide.

Can you see inside of Make what exact request is made?

Hey Neo,

So something is not working with their native implementation, I'm sure they will fix this soon.

In the meantime, the API call module is the way to do it (it's how they are also doing it internally because it's the only way to search for a contact, at the moment.
