Survey Question Answers Not Received via Webhook from ClickFunnels

Hello Support Team,

I’m sending data from a ClickFunnels Survey form to Make.com via webhook. While first name, last name, and email are received successfully, the survey question answers are missing.

Could you please confirm:

Why survey responses are not included in the webhook payload?

Whether the JSON payload can be modified to include survey answers?

If any additional configuration is required?
