Clarification on Contact::AppliedTag vs Contacts::AppliedTag for webhooks

In the "Webhook Event Types" guide article, it seems like there is an inconsistency between the singular and plural of the containing subject "Contact" for Applied Tags. I figure it should be singular considering an applied tag can only relate to a single Contact. for webhooks
