Create Incoming External Purchase Product Mapping

Map one provider product, plan, or SKU identifier to a ClickFunnels variant and
price. Both ClickFunnels catalog records must belong to the endpoint's workspace
and to the same product. external_product_sku is the identifier the provider reports for
what was bought, which is not always its product id: the item number for ClickBank, the
product id for CopeCart, the plan id for Whop.
