Cancel a broadcast's scheduled send. The broadcast returns to draft and all of its send actions are removed (a broadcast sent in each contact's time zone or as a split test has several), so it can be edited and sent or rescheduled with a new send action.
Once sending has started the send can no longer be cancelled, and this returns 422.
