Create Workflow

https://{subdomain}.myclickfunnels.com/api/v2/workspaces//workflows

Create a new standalone automation workflow. New workflows are created in the
draft state (disabled). Add triggers and steps, then call POST /workflows/{id}/enable
to make it live.
